Cyberfootprint Solutions Strategies for Lighter Digital Impact

The project aims to promote sustainable digital practices in schools by developing "Green Web Criteria," interactive tools, and educational resources. Another objective of the project is to assess the digital footprint levels of teachers and students across countries and conduct comparative analyses. It aims to raise awareness about digital sustainability, equip teachers and students with the skills to manage their digital footprints, and integrate environmentally friendly digital practices into school education.

The project involves assessing schools' digital footprints, developing the Green Web Criteria, creating interactive tools and educational materials, and training teachers and students. Key activities include the European Digital Footprint Summit, Digital Sustainability Awareness Workshops, the Green Horizon Congress, and Green Integration efforts to implement sustainable digital practices in schools. Schools will adopt sustainable digital practices, teachers will integrate digital sustainability into their lessons, and students will develop responsible digital habits. These outreach efforts will have a long-term impact across the sector.
